The final event of the 2016 Bluenose Autosport Club’s Performance Rally Championship is this Sunday with the Trout Lake RallySprint in Middleton, Nova Scotia. As always we need lots of Volunteers to help make these events great so if you want to come out and get the best seat in the house contact the organizers!
With nearly no downtime following the end of the BAC Season two teams are probably not even going to unpack their tow vehicles before heading off to the Rallye de Charlevoix in Clermont, Quebec, taking place on October 21-22nd. Mal Swann and Martin Cadieux will once again challenge these storied stages while James Whitman and Daphne Sleigh have a score to settle with the event after retiring early in 2015 with a catastrophic mechanical failure in their Volkswagen Golf. Jonathan Conrad and Tim Dine made their first appearance at the Baie in Jonathan’s 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX and finished the regional portion of the rally, securing a 12th position overall in the East Canada Rally Championship out of 26 cars! Great job, guys!
